Novice School

Novice School Novice School is primarily for experienced street riders wanting to get some track time and first time track riders. The pace is fast (compared to street riding!). Passing is allowed on the OUTSIDE ONLY and all passes must be executed POLITELY (that is, no closer than 6 feet to the rider being passed). Reports of impolite passing may result in suspension of riding privileges. The day is structured as a full school with your on-track sessions interspersed with classroom sessions. Out on track you'll have access to a riding instructor who will be able to help you take your riding to the next level. The classroom sessions cover a whole range of practical issues as well as theory and are presented by some of the top riders and racers on the west coast. The Z² Novice School is a perfect way to get onto the track for the first time, or a low-stress way to get some track time to practice your key skills! Our Novice School is so well known as the best way to be introduced to track riding that we are often asked by employees of other track organizations if they can send their spouse/friend/relative to Z² for their first track experience (and of course, they can!) |
