Privacy Policy

The only thing more important to us than your safety on the track is your privacy online. Zoom Zoom Event Corp, is very mindful about sharing your information.

While your credit card is stored on our system it is encrypted via GPG and is never written to disk "in the clear".
We may occasionally (very occasionally) send you an email letting you know about an upcoming track day. We will always provide you with the ability to unsubscribe from these emails easily.
We gather statistical information about usage of our site and how you got here. These statistics are aggregates and are not associated with individuals.

Note: We do occasionally resell track day places for other organizations.We clearly mark these days on our website. In these circumstances we do share your name and other personal information with the actual track day organizer (otherwise they wouldn't know that you were going to attend!). We DO NOT share your credit card or billing information with them.

Note: We may share some of your contact information with our trackside vendors and sponsors especially if you bought something from them and they need to contact you. For example, if you buy tires but for some reason they can't run your credit card, we'll give them your phone number or email address so they can contact you. They are bound through their agreement with Z² to keep your information confidential.
