Refund and Cancellation Policy


We normally charge credit cards and deposit checks 15 days before each track day.

You can cancel your trackday reservation for any reason and at any time up until 15 days before your event, right from our website. Note that a $5 cancellation fee applies. If you just need to make a change to your reservation, whether it's the wrong group or the wrong day, please contact us via e-mail BEFORE you cancel so you can avoid the dreaded cancellation fee. We will gladly sort it out.

The flip side of having such a straightforward cancellation policy is that there are no cancellations at all, for any reason, 15 days or less before an event. Please don't contact us asking for an exception because there are no exceptions!  We've heard every excuse in the book. Sorry...this policy is non-negotiable.

If your event is within the next 15 days and you know you can't make it, please let us know. If (and ONLY if) there are people on the waitlist for your group, we'll move the next person in to your spot and send you a credit for a future event. However, please don't expect that situation. 

Once you buy a spot, you own it. If you can't make the event, you can sell your spot privately, give it away or do anything you'd like with it. We just ask that if you do sell your spot, you send us a quick email with the purchaser's info so we can update the paperwork.

There are no refunds available for Season Passes, Ticket Packs or Gift Certificates. However, Season Passes do have limited transferability. Ticket Pack holders may alter their reservations through our website up until 15 days before each event.
