Waitlist

Once all the spots available in a particular group on a particular day are sold, the 'Available' button disappears and is replaced by 'Add to Waitlist'. Once you select 'Add to Waitlist' you're sent through the regular checkout procedure with the date/group you want, but with a zero balance due. To be added to the waitlist, the only payment option is Credit Card.

If a spot becomes available for you, we will automatically charge your credit card and promote you from the waitlist. We'll send an email to the address you gave when you made your waitlist request, so please make sure you give us a real, valid email address that you check regularly -- otherwise you may never know that you have a spot.

Adding yourself to the waitlist is a committment that you will attend if a spot comes up for you. If you no longer wish to attend, you MUST cancel your waitlist reservation (which can be done by clicking on 'account' -> Cancel a reservation). If you forget to cancel your waitlist spot and we promote you onto the active list then you're subject to the same cancellation policy as everyone else.

If you add yourself to the waitlist in one group and create another reservation in a second group "just in case", you WILL BE CHARGED TWICE if your waitlist spot becomes available and you will not get a refund! Please keep track of your reservations. If you have any questions, just let us know.
